周明波,男,硕士生导师。2015年6月毕业于湖南大学获理学博士学位,师从李金恒教授(国家杰出青年项目获得者)。曾连续两次获得博士研究生国家奖学金、湖南大学优秀博士研究生、湖南省优秀博士毕业生,湖南大学优秀博士学位论文等荣誉。2015年7月加入湖南师范大学化学化工学院,从事有机化学领域的教学与研究工作。

已获得的研究成果主要集中在:(1)以廉价的氮杂环丙烷为起始原料,通过底物的巧妙设计,实现其与炔烃的[3+2]、[4+2]、[3+2+2]、[5+2]等环加成反应,构建一系列具有生物活性以及医药价值的氮杂环化合物;(2)通过自由基策略,快速、高效地构建出多种吲哚酮类药物骨架。上述成果先后在Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.(4篇),Chem. Sci., Chem. Comm.,Chem. Eur. J.以及J. Org. Chem等国际知名杂志上发表,累积影响因子超过70。文章发表后获得同行的热点报道和广泛引用,截止2016年12月,他引次数累计已超过450。

研究领域:

(1)过渡金属催化有机反应及其机理的研究,主要指过渡金属催化的环加成反应,合成具有生物活性或医药价值的七元、八元等中等杂环以及螺杂环化合物;

(2)以卟啉为研究中心,通过现代高效的合成方法,对其外围官能团化,构建结构新颖、性能独特的有机光电功能分子材料并尝试开发其应用价值;

(3)设计与合成以卟啉为母体的催化剂,实现高效率、高选择性地催化有机反应。

主持课题:

(1)基于卟啉β位官能团化合成芳环稠合卟啉及性能的研究(湖南师范大学特聘教授基金2015年-2022年,80万);

(2)新颖芳环稠合卟啉合成方法及性能的研究(国家自然科学基金2017年-2019年,20万);

(3)含卟啉单元的多环芳烃的合成及其性能的研究(湖南省教育厅优秀青年项目2017年-2019年,5万)。
