基本信息(Basic Information):
杨盛,籍贯湖南临澧,理学博士,教授,博士生导师,中国化学会高级会员,主要从事化学测量学-化学生物传感研究,期望发展适用于生物复杂体系和亚细胞层面的光学传感与生物成像新原理与新技术并应用于疾病精准诊断治疗、环境污染生物危害解析与预警、中药材功能鉴别与活性成分筛选。迄今已在Angew Chem Int Ed, Small, Anal Chem, ACS Sens等期刊发表第一/通讯作者论文30余篇,授权国家发明专利3项。先后主持承担国家自然科学基金3项。获2019年度湖南省自然科学一等奖(排名第2)。入选2022年度湖南省科技人才托举工程项目-中青年学者。

团队简介:
本课题组隶属于国家杰青/长江学者杨荣华教授领衔的湖南师范大学“分子识别与荧光传感”研究团队。团队现有固定人员7人(教授4人、副教授2人、专职管理人员1人)、在读博士和硕士研究生50余人。 团队焦聚于分子识别与荧光传感,开展传感新材料、新理论与新方法的基础与应用研究,设三个研究方向:1. 有机小分子探针及荧光传感;2. 核酸分子工程及生物传感;3. 生物正交化学及生化分析,本课题组主要开展方向1和方向3相关的亚细胞荧光传感与生物功能调控研究。团队目前主持承担国家自然科学基金重点项目等国家级课题多项,在Nat. Commun., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Anal. Chem.等化学权威期刊上发表研究论文200余篇,曾获国家自然科学二等奖、教育部自然科学一等奖和湖南省自然科学一等奖等奖励。团队实验室拥有合成室、细胞房、手套箱、高效液相色谱、瞬态荧光光谱仪、激光共聚焦显微镜、流式细胞仪、多功能酶标仪、化学发光成像仪等实验场地和仪器设备。
博士招生要求:
1. 分析化学、化学生物学、药学、有机化学等专业硕士应往届毕业生,具有荧光探针、生物正交、细胞成像、药物分子合成等研究经验;
2. 发表过第一作者SCI论文,英语读写能力出色(CET-6合格);
